PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT FOR INFORMATION SERVICES
This agreement is the official public offer from the Seller to enter into a contract for Tarot information services presented on onlinetaro.com. This offer is public, meaning its terms are the same for all users, regardless of status (individual, legal entity, entrepreneur), without preference. By accepting this agreement, the user fully accepts the terms and conditions of service and payment
1. Definitions
1.1 Public offer (Offer) is the Seller’s public proposal addressed to an indefinite circle of persons to conclude a contract for information services remotely under the terms of this Offer.
1.2 Service is an information service provided by the Seller based on a three-card Tarot spread, including both free and paid detailed explanations of past, present, and future according to the drawn cards.
1.3 User is a competent individual aged 18 or over using onlinetaro.com to receive information services.
1.4 Seller is sole proprietor “Kyshkan Andriy Ivanovych” (ID code 3615311014), a legal entity established and operating under Ukrainian law, located at Zakarpattia, Uzhhorod, Dolgosha St., 11.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1 The Seller undertakes to provide the User with Tarot information services, and the User undertakes to pay for and receive these services under this Agreement.
2.2 The date of acceptance of this Offer and conclusion of the contract is considered the date when the User clicks the “Start” button and receives the three-card Tarot spread.
3. Order Placement
3.1 The User independently interacts with the website to receive services using the appropriate functionality.
3.2 The Seller has the right to refuse paid services if the information provided by the User during order placement is incomplete or suspicious.
4. Payment for Services
4.1 Prices for paid services are determined by the Seller and indicated on the website.
4.2 Payment is made by the User through available payment instruments on the website.
5. Rights and Obligations of Parties
5.1 The Seller is obliged to provide the User with access to information services according to this Agreement.
5.2 The User is obliged to provide accurate information to receive services.
6. Other Conditions
6.1 The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement by posting changes on the website.
6.2 All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If agreement is not reached, the dispute may be referred to court under current Ukrainian law.
